We implemented phone verification via a call and identity confirmation using a certificate, card, digital union ID, or invitation. For education union members, we integrated a validation process that cross-checks the ID number and personal data against the Automated Information System (AIS) of union member records. Access to privileges is strictly tied to confirmed participation in the program.

Combine the offer catalog with map search.
We added a search by name, category filtering, and region selection. Offers are available both as a list and on an interactive map: users can locate the nearest partner, review the terms, and get directions. A favorites feature allows users to save offers for future use.

Facilitate the redemption of discounts from various partners.
Offer cards consolidate the discount amount, validity period, restrictions, and usage instructions. We provided a mechanism for generating promo codes or other redemption tools according to each partner's specific rules. The unified catalog aggregates offers with diverse usage conditions.

Establish a communication channel between the organization and members.
We added a personal dashboard styled for the union, along with news, an event calendar, surveys, and a knowledge base. Push notifications keep users informed about updates, while customizable notification categories allow users to select the types of messages they want to receive.

Extend access to family members.
We implemented an invitation system for relatives via a special link. The recipient registers and verifies their phone number in their own account to utilize available privileges without needing to share the primary member's credentials.
