Adapt content to the patient's city.
We implemented a city selector that determines the displayed contacts, list of services, and available doctors. Upon switching, the website displays information specific to the corresponding branch. This allows patients to immediately access the medical specialties and doctors available to them.

Consolidate doctor profiles and schedules.
We created detailed doctor profiles outlining their practice, experience, education, and professional development. We placed available appointment dates and time slots on the same page, allowing users to transition seamlessly from reviewing the doctor's credentials to selecting a time.

Enable booking directly from the schedule.
We linked time selection with the opening of a booking form overlaid on the doctor's profile. It includes patient data entry fields and a consent checkbox for data processing. Users follow a sequential flow: city → doctor → time → inquiry form.

Connect the website with the telemedicine service.
We added information about online consultations and a link to download the SKEVOS app. The website helps patients choose their preferred format of care and directs them to the appropriate service.

Result
The network received a unified website with localized content for different cities and a sequential booking flow. Patients can access doctor credentials and appointment times on a single page.
