We categorized the catalog by sport type and equipment category. We added search and sorting by price, name, and popularity. Product cards consolidate photos and key selection parameters: brand, season, size, stiffness, and design features.

Account for product variations during purchase.
We enabled size selection directly within the product card before adding an item to the cart. For footwear, we displayed sizes in multiple systems alongside the length in centimeters. We added a wishlist and a "similar products" feature, allowing customers to save a model or find an alternative.

Extend the store to a mobile app.
We developed an Android app for browsing the assortment and purchasing items available in stock or on backorder. It expanded the website with a dedicated mobile sales channel, giving customers access to the store directly from their smartphones.
