We implemented a standalone online quiz consisting of 12 questions. The interface displays the current step and sequentially prompts for information. For the debt amount, we provided preset ranges and a manual input option for exact figures. This format breaks a large questionnaire down into small, manageable actions.

Provide multiple contact methods.
We placed consultation forms in key sections of the page. The form fields were reduced to name and phone number, with a consent checkbox for data processing terms added. For direct contact, we included clickable phone links and a Telegram redirect, allowing visitors to choose their preferred method of communication.

Consolidate company materials into a single interface.
We organized the team, reviews, and case studies into separate, navigable carousels. We embedded video stories via the Rutube player and supplemented reviews with links to external sources. Frequently asked questions were moved into collapsible blocks to prevent detailed answers from overloading the page.

The company received a website with two primary user journeys: immediately requesting a consultation or exploring the service through the step-by-step quiz.
