Build a clear path from service selection to inquiry.
We divided the services into three main categories, detailing the stages, required documents, and scope of support. We linked the inquiry buttons to the form: the selected category is pre-filled automatically, reducing the number of steps the user has to take.

Integrate the AI consultant.
We connected a language model via API and configured its context to work with the company's services. The chat history is retained within the current dialogue, so visitors can ask follow-up questions without re-explaining their situation. We provided a seamless transition from the chat to a specialist inquiry.

Automate inquiry delivery.
We implemented the submission of inquiries to Telegram: staff members receive the contact details, the selected service, and a comment. We added validation for required fields and data processing consent, along with submission statuses and error messages.

Support an international audience.
We implemented Russian, Armenian, and English interfaces. Switching languages updates texts, form elements, and system messages without reloading the page. The AI consultant also takes the visitor's language of communication into account.

Adapt the website for various devices.
We prepared mobile navigation, responsive service blocks, the inquiry form, and the consultation window. Users can review the terms, ask questions, and submit inquiries from either a smartphone or a computer.
