Overview
We developed the SkyGarden website and mobile app, a booking system for guests and hostesses, and mailing tools. We combined visit planning and restaurant service: from table reservations to calling a waiter and viewing a live stream from the kids' room.
Results
Booking for guests and hostesses
We implemented two booking workflows: reservation submission on the client side and processing on the restaurant side. The guest interface allows users to book online, while the hostess dashboard enables staff to manage reservations within the system.
Guest communication
We added a mailing tool to inform guests about the restaurant's events and offers. The team gained the ability to manage guest communication and invite them for repeat visits.
Mobile app and waiter call
We developed an app featuring services needed both before a visit and directly at the table. We implemented a waiter call feature through a digital interface, allowing guests to contact staff from their smartphones.
Live stream from the kids' room
We added live streaming to the app. Parents can open the video feed from the kids' room while staying at their table.
