🤖 Customers are moving from Yandex and Google to ChatGPT.

27.10.2026

Search is changing forever.

In the past, we went to Yandex or Google to get a list of 10 links. Now, more and more people are asking questions directly to AI – ChatGPT, GigaChat, Perplexity, and others. AI is already analyzing the internet today and recommending specific companies, products, and services. If your website is not adapted to these new realities – you simply won't be recommended. You will remain invisible to the next generation of clients.

Here are 5 key steps to help your website become visible to AI:

  • Make your website accessible to bots. Check your robots.txt, update your sitemap.xml, and remove captchas and hidden sections. If an AI crawler cannot read a page, it physically cannot include you in its knowledge base.
  • Make your content complete and clear. Include prices, detailed descriptions, photos, and availability. AI loves facts. The simpler and better structured the text is, the easier it is for AI «digest» it and provide it to the user as a ready-made answer.
  • List your brand in directories and marketplaces. Ensure that everywhere – from 2GIS to industry platforms – the same contact information and descriptions are listed. AI scans the entire internet: if the data is inconsistent, the level of trust in you drops.
  • Publish expert articles, guides, and case studies. AI is trained on high-quality content. Texts that actually solve user problems are cited by AI much more often than regular advertising pages.
  • Regularly check what AI says about you. Ask ChatGPT questions from a client's perspective («What is the best company for...», «Where to order...») and see if you appear in the answers. If not – analyze what data or mentions are missing.

Adapting to AI — is not a one-time event, but the new hygiene of your website. And the earlier you start implementing these steps, the higher the chance that AI will recommend exactly you tomorrow.

At DLILB, we already build websites taking AI search requirements into account. If you want to check if your current project is ready for the new era, write to us.
