A large language model can interpret text, draft responses, classify enquiries and extract information from documents. We build LLM solutions for specific operations where the quality of the output can be evaluated.

Scope of work

• Knowledge sources: prepare documents, retrieval and access to current information.
• Response logic: design instructions, output formats and constraints.
• Evaluation: build test examples and assess accuracy and operating cost.

If document retrieval is sufficient, we do not propose training for its own sake. We choose between an existing model, RAG and fine-tuning based on the data, and define how the system communicates that it lacks a reliable answer.

After project completion

You receive an integrated text-processing tool, evaluation checks and documentation of its knowledge sources. Staff understand where human review is required, while maintainers can monitor quality changes and request costs.
