Multiplayer games
Multiplayer games with lobbies, matches and server logic. DLILB designs synchronization, tests latency and prepares a foundation for scaling.
A multiplayer game brings several players into a shared session. Beyond gameplay, it needs consistent world state, player matching and reliable behavior during latency, disconnections and rejoining.
The architecture reflects which actions require server confirmation. Infrastructure cost and scaling are considered separately, bringing capacity and fair-play questions into the discussion before large amounts of content are produced.
Project stages
- Network model: choose server responsibilities and synchronization rules.
- Sessions: implement lobbies, matchmaking and match management.
- Resilience: test latency, connection loss and server-side action validation.
What you receive
Deliverables include a networked game build, in-scope server components and operating guidance. Load tests follow an agreed scenario, with limitations and scaling priorities recorded in the documentation.
